Southern States Regional Center, LLC is proud to introduce The Oaks at Eagles Landing Senior Housing Community. The Oaks at Eagles Landing Campus is located in Stockbridge, Georgia just south of the City of Atlanta, Georgia and has easy access to Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. The facilities sit on 16 beautifully landscaped acres nestled adjacent to 30 acres of natural protected woodlands that is also next door to the Eagles Landing Golf and Country Club Community.
The Community consists of 92 assisted living residences covering a wide range of services for senior living. Also included are 36 independent living cottages and exclusive activity Clubhouse.
The main Assisted Living building has two beautiful and spacious dining rooms to accommodate the Al residents as well as an exclusive dining area for the independent residents at their choosing. There are ample beautiful and strategic public spaces and exterior courtyards for residents to gather and socialize.
Southern States Regional Center (SSRC) manages the USCIS EB5 Program for the project which has invested $11,000,000.00 into the capital stack to fund the development and construction.
