Once your review is complete, please proceed to the next step below by filling out the Accredited Investor Questionnaire.

		Complete Accredited Investor Questionnaire (AIQ) Symphony at Eagles Landing - Continuing Care Retirement Community
		Please fill out the online AIQ and submit to our Review Board. The SSRC Investor Review Board will review your completed questionnaire and if approved, you will be given a username and password to access to your personal Investor Portal where you can continue the process of engaging in EB-5 projects, investments, and fulfilling the requirements for green card status and citizenship in the United States of America. IMPORTANT: Please read the wiring instructions at the end of survey in order to properly send funds for investment. NOTE: The Board Review process may take up to two weeks to complete before you receive a response. Please contact your SSRC Ambassador should you have any questions.
