Southern States Regional Center Announces New Joint Venture with American Dream Fund

American Dream Fund, a leader in EB-5 investments and immigration, and Southern States Regional Center, a major financial and private equity firm out of Atlanta, announce joint venture to become the leader in the EB-5 Services markets. The venture, which will operate under the name, ADF/SSRC EB5, LLC, will be the result of combining ADF's distribution channel of international investors with SSRC's pipeline of development projects across the southeast United States. It will be well-positioned, thanks to key complementary assets, for future rapid growth.
The management of the joint venture will combine the best practices of both ADF with its global industry knowhow and the strong financial and development brain trust of SSRC in the U.S. market.

The combination of ADF's and SSRC's development and marketing forces will further enhance ADF-SSRC's regional and national presence and its relationship with international clientele.
